After completing his education, Varghese joined the family business and led it to greater growth and success. He is today regarded as a passionate and successful leader in the Indian jewellery sector. He is also the Managing Director of the Jos Alukkas Group. His role involves overseeing daily operations, managing finances, building the product portfolio, and focusing on the strategic direction of the company.
